An august temple of Sri Vittal and Sri Rukmini has been built in 8 acres of land in Maharashtrian style. The 28 steps to the entrance represents 28 constellations added to its divinity. The air conditioned hall is facilitated to house around 2000 devotees. The devotees of the temple / Deva Bhoomi will be graced to witness the annual festivals of Sri Rama navami, Ashada Ekadasi with Varakari Pada Yatra, Kumbabishekam day, Gokulashtami and Kartika Ekadasi. The devotees seeking to take part in the utsavam can make use of rooms that are built for the same.
Cow is representative of divine and natural beneficence and should therefore be protected and venerated. Go seva is the highest form of dharma. Sri Vittal Rukmini Samsthan has established Sri Gokulam Goshala in around 10 acres of land housing 1000 cows of various Indian breeds from various states. To venerate the same, Go pooja is performed in the goshala twice a day.
Sri Vittal Rukmini Integrated Vedic Academy is a part of Sri Vittal Rukmini Samsthan. The facility is developed in an area of 20 acres with 1,00,000 sq.ft built area to conserve, protect and educate vedas. The effort to bring all the twelve existing Sakhas of vedas under one roof is remarkable. The facility consists of Sarva Sakha Veda Vidyalaya, Shadanga, Sanskrit Pravesha Patasala, Veda Bashya College, Shrowtha College, Shastra College, Smartha Prayoga Patashala and Vaikanasa Agama Patashala. The school also teaches the modern CBSE education to the students of vedas with formal school infrastructure.
It will be in our interest, and our good fortune, if we get an opportunity to contribute in a very big way towards this cause financially. This will be a center of knowledge in our country and will once again grow to prove that India continues to be the fountainhead of philosophy globally.
